I'm Sam Reynolds, founder of Columbus Radon Experts. Since 2019, our team has installed and verified active sub-slab depressurization mitigation systems for thousands of Greater Columbus and Central Ohio homeowners. We expanded our credentialed mitigation service into the Columbus market to bring the same fixed-price, fully-verified approach to central Ohio. We're NRPP-credentialed and work to ANSI/AARST MAH-2023 protocols on every install.
Our team is a working roster of NRPP-credentialed Columbus mitigators, lead techs, and dispatch staff. The on-call mitigator who quotes your home is typically the same one who installs the system. For specialty scope (commercial multi-zone, unusual foundation work) we occasionally bring in a credentialed subcontractor under written agreement; the customer-facing relationship and warranty stay with us regardless. Every system is verified with a 48-hour post-install retest before invoice.
